Small dingy rooms with stains on the walls, buffet breakfast was stale, untasteful and not adequately refilled (no bacon entire time we were in breakfast room.

Stayed for one night on stopover to Phillip Island. Good location withing short walking distance of St. Kilda Pier (where you can see some penguins at night) and Fitzroy street (restaurants/shops). Arrived , thinking the worst , using our complimenary Advantage plus membership night assumed we would be placed in the worst room only to find a stunning beachfront view. Room was a standard double , small but spotless and everything we needed, beautiful sunset view followed a delicious meal in the Grill restaurant downstairs.
