Great service, comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. Has a reasonable gym setup and also a swimming pool. The location is brilliant, and easy walking distance to Ackland Street and Fitzroy Street. Definitely stay again!

This is quite a nice hotel but a bit run down. As part of my first impressions I was particularly put off by the exceptional build up of dirt on the thresholds of the lifts. This more than anything tainted my view of the hotel as a whole.

No complaints from me. The hotel and conference centre is close to public transport and the nightlife of Acland street. To see the Spirit of Tasmania and RAN vessels in Port Phillip Bay is different from living inland.
