We stayed a couple of days at the hotel recently. The rooms are basic and could do with a makeover but would suit workers in the mining industry (saw alot staying there) or anyone looking for cheaper, reasonably central accomodation. this is closer than 15 min walk into town- only 1 block from shopping district. easy to find on main street and clean friendly service.

Had a couple of days in Kalgoorlie, went to the horse races, superpit and down a mine and stayed at the Comfort Inn Midas.
