Good value accommodation. Extremely clean rooms and well kept property. If you want a decent place to sleep and don't want to spend a fortune then this is a great choice.

The location was great to be able to walk into town for a drink and dinner but unfortunately it is on the bussell highway and we could hear the road noise even though we had a room at the back. Hot water in the shower was very erratic, overall clean but a bit dated.
