Yes this hotel needs refurbishing but great location. Our room was clean, had everything we needed for somewhere to sleep between flights and free transport to and from the airport. For the money a great deal.

My husband and I stayed here before catching an early morning flight. It was okay, but I think there are nicer places to stay closer to the airport. It is quite dated and the facilities were very basic.

Stayed here for a night to watch the football in Auckland. The hotel is showing its age but was well suited to me for the one night as it was very handy to Mt. Smart. The room whilst dated appeared clean and tidy and was also quiet. Well priced and would stay again.
