Staying there with my partner was great. We actually stayed there in june 2007 and it was nice back then.. The room was spacious and cosy, i loved the little shortbread they leave on the bed..just a very nice warm cosy place to stay in Nelson with a fireplace in use! I loved that.
This is a cosy little hostel. Our double room was clean and comfortable. Communal areas are a tad small but everyone got introduced so it felt more like a family kitchen/ dining room. Unlimited free WiFi was great as were the shortbreads on our pillows.
Stayed here for one night in a double room with shared bathroom. Felt almost as living in someones home (in a good way). Nice room, clean place and nice kitchen and bathroom. Yummy shortbread on the pillow :-) They only take cash. Room is very good value.
