We have stayed at this property on two occasions. First time we had a small baby and the room set up proved to be ideal to "contain" a smaller child. There was also a spa on the balcony which was a great bath for the kids. Returned last year with 2 other families and the management of the property had... More

We stayed in a twin share one bedroom apartment with ocean views for four days in early May. The room was so incredibly spacious and had good views. Staff were always fantastic. The lagoon pool and swim-up bar were excellent. But even during low season you had to get there early to nab a good sun lounge for the day,... More

Stayed in a lagoon spa room for our honeymoon and found this resort good but the rooms were more 4 star standard than 5 star. Lagoon spa room was tiny however the good size bathroom and spa on the deck made up for this. Bed was also comfortable and the room kept clean. Maintenance on the room was lacking a... More

If you are staying without children ask for The Serenity Wing. It is very quiet, the balconies have barbecues and overlook the serenity pool. This pool does not allow unsupervised children and is 50m long so if you like to swim it is perfect. The 2 bedroom suite is huge and has a full kitchen with everything you could want.... More

Dear Charlotte065, Thank you for your kind comments. The serenity pool area is ideal for those guests seeking peace & quiet. As we have three pools on site we feel that we can meet the needs of our guests including those wishing to build sand castles! Thank you for your feedback on breakfast; I had a breakfast meeting this morning... More

Just stayed at Pepper's for 3 nights, very impressed with the whole place. We did a Wotif mystery deal so it was incredibly good value already but to our delight we were booked into a penthouse spa room. The spa's are on the balcony's looking over the fantastic lagoon pool. There were quite a lot of young families enjoying the... More

Dear kc00, Thank you for the kind feedback on our Resort. The gym recently received all new equipment and we are receiving nothing but good news about the gym gear on offer. As you mentioned the Resort is well protected from wind and we are glad that you discovered our little oasis! Best regards, Chris & team More

Stayed here with my sister in April for 5 nights. Absolutely gorgeous resort. We had a one bedroom apartment which we were upgraded from a resort room for no extra cost. This was great because then we had the option of cooking our own meals etc.. Which being Palm Cove saved us alot of money. The pool is stunning. Proberly... More

If your looking to unwind for a few days, this is the place. Beautiful resort! The 2 main pools are beautiful, very well maintained, very relaxing. The rooms are very clean and serviced every day. I'd love to go back again! My only concern was we had breakfast only once at Peppers and while we got to breakfast around 9am... More

Dear Lovetoholidayalot, Thanks for your feedback. Our breakast buffet will be changed and updated prior to end of this financial year. We replensih our buffet regularly; as we are limited by our floor space there can be a brief wait period. Your comments are noted and appreciated. Best regards, Chris More

I've stayed here a few times now and I am always impressed with the service and facilities! The front desk staff are very friendly and will help in anyway they can. The pools are fantastic with a few options depending on what you are up for - beach pool, waterfall pool or rainforest pool. Restaurant is decent - lunch portions... More
