This suited us perfectly for a weekend going to the football & visiting Canberra sights. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, however are really tired and the breakfast was slow and very very ordinary. Bed was comfortable which was the main thing, and the walking distance to Manuka was ideal for our purposes.
