We stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and loved it. We were sent a bottle of champagne and a lovely card to wish us a happy 30th anniversary.. We are definitely going back to stay for a longer period next time.. A perfect place to go away with someone special or even with the family...

The staff were helpful,courteous and friendly. Dining in Eucalypt Restaurant was pleasant and meal well presented and enjoyable. Breakfast was not as enjoyable as the replenishing of buffet was very slow. The bed and pillows were clean but not comfortable. The carpet had not been vacuumed with care as there were pieces missed around the room.

Not sure why the previous reviewer had a bad experience. Its hard to not enjoy your stay in the Blue Mountains during winter, but we felt like we made the wrong choice staying here... Very relaxing and five star accomodation. Beautiful good quality bedding. Toiletries excellent and coffee machine in room awesome. A bigger variety of snacks should be available. Breakfast value for money employees very helpful and friendly

We stayed over the June long weekend and it was a busy hotel. Check in smooth and the room is nice. But the car park is full of people attending functions or playing golf, so you have to park in the lower car park. There is no valet or anyone organising cars, so people park anywhere, unload bags, people walking... More
