I just love this place. The experience at check-in was superb; they made it a point to get us a room four hours ahead of the actual check-in time. When we got to the unit, it was a sight to behold: two rooms, fully-furnished, with a veranda giving us a view of North Burleigh Beach. This is how my home... More

Our family have been returning to this resort every 2 years for ages. Our children now young adults, 20 and 16, still love to come with us which we love of course. Eldest even brought partner last time. We just love everything about this resort, it's proximity to the beach, boardwalk , shopping centre, transport and Burleigh. It's facilities suit... More

We, 2 adults and 2 kids at 3 &4, stayed 1 week at Mariners Shores Resort. The location of the resort is excellent. The beach is just across the street. Our kids enjoyed the playroom very much. The playroom is very tidy and clean. We arrived at 2am in the midnight and the staff were still expecting us to help... More

Just returned from a week at the Mariner Shores. Slightly dated looking on the outside, but all apartments updated with lovely kitchen, lounge and bedroom furniture. Even new flat screen TV's. Excellent sauna, steam room and indoor spa pool as well as the lovely outdoor pool and other spa pools. Excellent service from the reception staff who put up with... More

We just had a fantastic holiday at Mariner Shores! With 3 children aged 11, 13 and 16, as well as my mother-in-law, we had done a lot of research on where to stay and were absolutely delighted with this location, the amenities and the easy access to everything you could possibly want. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a... More

Stay here most years, and have done so since the resort opened around 1989. In those days came here with young family and it was a great and safe place for the kids to play and swim, with great access to the beach. These days we still come back, this time as a couple or with adult children. Great restaurants... More

Location - good, 100 m walk to the nearest supermarket and various restaurants/cafes. Surf club just across the road on the beach, but we found it a little bit more expensive than the other surf clubs we'd been to on the Gold Coast. Buses going both directions stop right outside on the highway. It's a pleasant & leisurely 15 minute... More

The resort is located near a very popular beach and has a SLS facility across the road. Its own pool surrounds was aesthetically pleasing and the entertainment options for those with children were extensive. The single bedroom apartment we had on the eighth floor was every well equiped with all the appliances. The only minor issue we felt was the... More

We stayed for 7 nights with an 11 and 12 year old boy. The unit was on the second floor and had no sea views, however we did have a view over the tropical garden set with swimming pools and spa baths. We have spent time in many countries in similar units and Mariner shores is one of the better... More

We unfortunately received a ground floor unit which had dense vegetation outside which blocked natural light. Even on a sunny day we had to keep the lights on! Main bedroom is small but the en suite bathroom is huge with most of the space taken up by a spa bath that didn't work! I am sure that the units situated... More
