This is a spotlessly clean and good value motel, run by friendly, courteous and hard-working couple: Russell & Andrea Donald. Excellent quality and value in the restaurant also. My wife and I give it top marks. Harry007
This is what it said at the front of the motel, and they were SO right! You wouldn't pick it would be so good from the outside but the rooms were spotless, and a good size, obviously been updated. The owner/managers were absolutely lovely, nothing was a hassle, typical country hospitality with a smile. I have stayed at several hotels...

Small country motel, rooms recently upgraded. Just out of town on main road but no traffic noise. Very good food, restaurant very basic I had room service. Only been to Warwick on business so can’t comment on location for vacation activities. Can’t recommend too highly for overnight or 2 business stay.
