We have stayed here many, many times before and always a great place to stay ....but on our return this time we were given a room where the upstairs spa did not work ...no heater...no pump ...nothing but freezing unclean water....I did complain and we were given another room...but the indoor spa pump does not work.....the place is very mouldy... We were very impressed with the renovated rooms. They are modern with a clean and calm atmosphere of white and natural tones.
