hotel advertised as being first class but truly resembled a very poor refugee camp.hotel very dirty rooms cramped,overcrowded and beds must have come out of snow white and the seven dwarfs.this is not a laughing matter,however, watch out for the tax collector at reception looking to make extra cash when your booking form states everything has been paid for.the truth... I honestly can't even give this place one star. I don't know about the other locations, but unfortunetly we stayed in this one in Cergy for 4 nights. I had to stay in this hotel for 2 nights as my place of business was walking distance away. I must say that I have never stayed in smaller rooms in my entire life.
