This hotel is is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for £250 5 nights. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The bar staff near the pool were just brilliant, catered for our needs. Fantastic location with shops, bars and clubs near by. Will always stay here each time I visit napa.

Really good hotel in the center of town close to everything but quiet also. Comfortable rooms with TV and A/C. Service very friendly and efficient. The only thing.............. you have to pay for WiFi...............annoying!!.

The napa plaza was amazing. Me and my partner stayed here for a week. The hotel was gorgous n clean, the staff was friendly n loved to have a chat. The breakfast was yummy n the bars n restaurants, well did the hotel justice. We loved our stay n would go back.
