Me and my partner stayed here last July for 2 weeks, we was a bit dubious before we arrived after reading the reviews but just went with an open mind. When we first arrived i was quite impressed when we walked into the reception area, from the previous reviews i was expecting a dark dirty area, but it was nothing... More

It is situated in the heart of the port. Excellent location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and nice location of the restaurant. All is romantic here, even when making your breakfast or dinner, just in the heart of the old fishing port. We look forward to stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception area was dark and dingy, and the hotel needed a major overall. The staff had limited English, and customer service was lacking in all areas. The restaurant was a joke. The tables were never laid with cutlery, and dirty plates and dishes were never taken away when finished.... More

Just a few words to say that we've been coming to Ayia Napa for 21 years and we always stay at the Limanaki Beach Hotel. Mr Christos and Mr Yanos have chosen excellent staff who can't do enough for you and always make you feel very welcome. We can't fault the food as there's always a change of menu and... More

The hotel was perfectly situated next to the beach. Sunbeds/Parasol for 2 euro each. Shower on the side of the sea. Nice swimmingpool with enough (free) sunbeds to choose your place. Staff polite, but not very enthusiastic. Breakfast English. Fortunately also some small croissants, pain, toast, yoghurt and cornflakes. Near to Waterworld Park. 5 min by car, also busses available.... More

We stayed at The Limanaki Beach Hotel in a sea view room for nine nights and found the hotel to be okay for our requirements. Certainly the best feature of the hotel is its location at the harbour and its proximity to Ayia Napa's main beach. Our room was on the top floor with a reasonable sized balcony and views... More

In regards to cleanliness of the room myself and my partner stayed in, it was awful. We had an army of ants all over the floor and bedding (which caused me irritable bites). unfortuanatly, we didnt discover the ants until after my bites which was on our last night there. The tv had split wires but was still plugged in... More

I stayed here in April/May 2011 first of all i thought it looked small but that was no problem and there was an extentsion at the back. The door man greeted us and showed us to our room. in the first couple of days we saw 5 cockroatches but you cant really help that and they provided bug spray. The... More

We stayed at the Limanaki January 10 after searching every hotel review on the internet. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Unfortunately I hadn't checked the number of rooms I'd booked and we ended up sharing a twin room, which wasn't too bad and the rooms are quite spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool, harbour and sea. Hotel staff... More
