We spent 2 nights here, Very friendly staff, Great food, and a great location Close to Weston-Super-Mare town next to Sand bay.

Overnight stay. Toilet wouldn't flush in original room but upgraded immediately to a one with a sea view. Carvery excellent. Very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

The best hotel ever. lovely food I have being going there all my life, close to town and grand pier the staff are very kind. the toilets are very clean and hygienic. And lovely wedding functions, carvery, big rooms and flat screen TVs lovely sound of the sea in the morning very good value for money.

Very mature couple stayed for one week in mid-January. Warm welcome on arrival and luggage portered to second floor room with good beach view. On arrival we were shown to our room which was in an annexe. There was no heating on but they did rectify that quite quickly. Rooms are tired, bathrooms even more so, tiles and grout falling off, no hot water in the evening. my wife and i had a 2 night stay(monday night -tuesday night 3-4 oct) food was excellent, staff were pleasant and very helpful.breakfast was well prepared, hot and plentiful.noisy extractor fan on roof outside window, but all in all a very pleasant break, would definitely stay again.
