We have been staying there for the last 4 yrs on vacation and is a very nice place. Great breakfast and happy hr! Nice pool area. Only bad thing is they need a renovation of the rooms! Staff are nice! Hope can stay again next year and of course i recommend it.

This was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! looking no further if your going to PR! I would stay here again! I won $500 at the casino which the stay even better! The staff was great very friendly . Overall just a great start to my vacation . Loved it cant wait to go back!

The service was the best I ever had in any of the Embassy suites I have stay in the last twenty plus years. The staff were very helpful, most especially housekeeping.
