We had travelled from Yorkshire to Bognor Regis and after four days went on to The Little Gey Cottage. Such a friendly warm welcome. “Friendly patron, walking distance to Eden project”

A nice B&B with friendly owner who made us feel at home in the area and even gave us a ride to the local restaurants. The walk to Eden project is about 10-15 minutes on quiet country roads and paths. We had to leave our bags and return to pay and the owner was very accommodating.

We stayed here specifically to visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The service is excellent and the hosts delightful. We had the double room with en suite which was very good - comfortable, good TV, fridge (turn off at night!), drink-making facilities, bottled water. My partner and I and her parents stayed at the Little Grey Cottage whilst visiting the Eden Project. We were made to feel very welcome by Mr and Mrs Johnson the owners throughout our stay.
