Good place to get your treatments. The bus stop is just next to the hotel.We had a nice view out of the room. We are coming back in Augustus this year.

A very clean hotel with excellent choice of spa treatment. It also has a decent size swimming pool, basic gym and free (evening only) use of dry and wet saunas. All the promises from their website were delivered and the service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty with good variety. The hotel was spotless clean all around. It was nice place to restore your health with full board. The staff was perfect, room was clean and big enough with nice view. The meal was unbelievable , huge choice and delicious.

Satisfied: Room and cleanliness. Dissatisfied: Mostly unfriendly staff, including Therapy personnel (with a very few exceptions ) Passenger Lifts were deplorable, the worst ever experienced anywhere. slow, unresponsive, small, whilst the Staff lift is big, fast and not permitted to be used by guests. We appreciate your opinions. We regret to hear you were not fully satisfied with our facility. However, many things have changed since your stay. In 2009 the former hotel Swiss Court (Švýcarský dvůr), one part of the newly built Spa Resort Sanssouci, underwent complete reconstruction. The new hotel complex meets 4* hotel requirements.
