We didnt stay at the hotel, we only went to the SPA. The prices are very reasonable and you can take a card from 1 hour to entire day. The pools are really beautiful! 5* ??!! O.K. - only for average peoples! Staff: terrible - in restaurant- students and egoist chief. Lazy porter. Poisoned receptionist. Spa: poor, like scouts rules, "... do you know... We left feeling better and cleaner than when we arrived. A stay enhanced by the helpfulness of the staff. Lunch was better than dinner; one should be able to upgrade to a la carte by paying a supplement. We will be adding this hotel to our annual list.

Spa Disneyland? Most of the town was built between 1890 and 1920, when the town was predominately populated by Germans, so the architecture is different than the normal Czech style of that period.
