We spent 5 wonderful nights in April at The Augustine! The hotel was well located -- tucked away from the hustle bustle, yet a short walk to the Charles Bridge, the tram stops, and the metro station. It has an elegant, yet relaxed atmosphere. We visited the Mandarin, the Four Seasons, and the Sheraton, where friends have stayed and remained... More

I reserved two rooms at over $500 each per night for my daughter and me for three nights. Whereas practically every cafe and restaurant in the area has free wifi, the cost her is about $25 per day. Bottled water in the room costs about $7 each. I simply find it annoying to be "nickeled and dimed" when paying over... More

This is a lovely hotel. A converted monastery of the highest order. The building has been wonderfully restored. My classic room with beams and a dormer window overlooked the castle. It was peaceful, quiet and finished to a high standard. The location is very convenient for the sights of Prague. In my opinion the Mala Strana side of the Charles... More

My husband and I have had the oportunity to dine at The Augustine Hotel on a couple occasions. It was a most enjoyoable dining experience. Everything from appetizers to desserts was just divine. I am not a beer drinker, but the house beer, St.Tomas, was exellent. Everything from the interior design, menu and staff was perfect. Mr.Tulpa, the restaurant manager,... More

We have spent a week-end at this hotel in a classic room (207). this hotel provides an understated feel of luxury making you feel at ease at each time. our room was big, really cosy and with a lot of charm with the old wood beams. the bathroom was huge with a bathtub, no shower. we had breakfast once inside... What a marvellous hotel. From the moment you cross the threshold you feel this is a place so well-run that you will have no complaints about anything. The staff are charming, helpful, friendly and beautiful (!). The decor is elegant, the restaurant comfortable and all in all you feel a welcoming atmosphere all around. The location is quiet but also... More

Had an amazing stay in this wonderfully located hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the room was lovely with a huge en suite, the food excellent. We had the seasonal asparagus at lunch time and it really could not be bettered and the breakfast had everything The cocktails in the bar particularly the 'angels' selection are highly recommended! Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice (ours had a view of the castle behind us), and they were cleaned up twice a day. The hotel has a very elegant modern design that also felt very intimate, accentuated with the wood decor and floors. The breakfast was delicious as well, with quite a bit of selection (warm... More

Excellent service. When we first arrived we found our first room too small with low beams on the ceiling from the origin of the building which was a monestary. We asked to change rooms and within minutes they graciously showed us 2 other rooms. The last room was perfect- high ceilings, lots of windows that actually open, a huge gorgeous... More

We were in Prague in April and stayed at this beautiful hotel for 6 days. We arranged to be picked up at the airport by the hotel and our drive in was perfect.
