the staff is really nice and helpful, the room was beautiful. the pillows were too big for us so we slept on the decorative ones on our first night, the next day we returned from a walk in the city and noticed they changed the pillows to small ones.

Went here for a 3 night trip end of May. Was excellent location. Lots of hotels to pick from in prague so was delighted with this choice. Staff very friendly on arrival and the room was fantastic. His and her sinks and fantastic shower (once we figured out how it worked!). Room was great lovely bed and tv. Big room....

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in May, and were very impressed. The hotel lobby, guest rooms, and lounge have been recently renovated. Our room was bright and very modern, with slightly funky décor. The room had ample space, including the closets and cupboards. It also had a safe. Even the bathroom was modern, with...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights on our first trip to Prague.
We arrived quite early in the morning and were worried our room would not be ready - the staff were wonderful and quickly got us a room! Lovely, light and airy room on the 2nd floor towards the back of the hotel. Nice and peaceful,...

Room size of most European Hotels. Cute room. Nicely decorated. Although, the room the sleeping area is small, the bathroom was large-however, there were no towel racks. Nice sitting area to use the internet away from the sleeping area. Breakfast is very nice good variety. Service for breakfast was terrible. No restaurant. After breakfast food can only be ordered from...

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a 5 night stay in this quirky hotel during the Easter hols. The reception staff are very customer orientated and were ever so helpful in swapping rooms to a bigger one with a desk when we requested it on Day 2.
The location is pretty good in that it offers some peace away from the...

We loved the 5 nights we stayed in this hotel : the room was spacious (a "superior" one) with a large bathroom with two basins, a shower and a bathtub, it was clean, very quiet (at the back of the hotel, on the 5th floor) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not in the heart of the...

This comes down to personal taste of course, because my preferences are for staying in a laid-back residential area, and in a non-stuffy yet still chic hotel which has top-notch service and high quality rooms. In terms of the location, to me...

We stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Prague and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and this continued each day throughout our stay. They were happy to answer questions about navigating the tram system and how to get to various...
