Pros: 1. The room was quiet. I'm not sure if this is because the hotel wasn't very booked or if the soundproofing is really good - I think it's the latter, i.e. thick walls. 2. “Good location, clean room”

I was in OREA Hotel Pyramida just a few nights and everything was OK. Clean room and toilet. Very interesting pictures outside in the corridor. Breakfast was sufficient. Cash machine is located nearby main entrance to Hotel. Short walk (around 20 minutes)and you are nearby Charles Bridge.

“Reception staff were rude and unhelpful”

I was appalled at the behaviour of reception staff. We had booked via an online service and they laughed at us and refused to accept the booking, forcing us to pay again even though we ha already paid. I would recommend not to stay here. Also the food was not edible and location was poor.

Great place for a group. Large bar and good breakfast. Beds rock hard and high temperatures. Sleep,evaded many of us. Charging for wifi seems a bit unfair. Also, charge for using the swimming pool which, in any case, is often in available as it is hired out to other people. Would not stay here again if travelling without a group.
