Spent a weekend night in the hotel and booked for a triple room which cost at 133euro. Was expected the room to be like the picture in the display, but it comes with double single beds and a small removable 3rd-bed setup. Anyway didn't brought the matter up to reception as we're just in the city for a day. Location... More

Dear guest, I am very sorry for this disappointing experience. This is certainly not the usual Astoria standard. Our reception was supposed to inform you upon your arrival that removing scaffolding was late and they should have offered you another room category. Please accept sincere apology for the noise caused by removing scaffolding. Rooms with balconies on the 7th floor... More

Well located. Clean. Not expansive. Good breakfast. Quiet inside. Noisy outside especially at night. Wifi available in the lobby.

Astoria is a very nice small hotel, excellent for a city trip, Its location gives you a great possibility to walk around all over Prague. Staff is more than helpful and room nice and clean. As for breakfast one may choose according to preferences.

We were very pleased to discover this hotel. It was centrally located so we were able to walk every where. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. I was disturbed the first night (Good Friday) by what seemed like a night club or party and I even phoned reception in the early hours of the... More

OK hotel in excellent location, very close to the historic town, but I found it expensive for its quality and it doesn't look like a 4 star at all. The building looks more like a 2 or 3 star hotel, including the lobby, breakfast room, living room, the stairs and one of the elevators. Everything looked 20 years old and... More

We found our room to be very clean and comfortable, (once we had turned the heating off!) Chose it because of good reviews. Our room was on the 6th floor so we had views of the roof tops. The breakfast was great, good choices of hot and cold food and the coffee from the machine was fine. The bathroom was... More

The category of the hotel does not correspond with what it offers. Rooms with a bathroom poor. Breakfast with little variety. Bad coffee and juices. The windows are not airtight to noise. The front desk staff is rude. I booked 2 rooms for my wife and me, and one for my two daughters. They put us in a different floor... More

Dear guest, I can understand your frustration about not being assigned right rooms however I checked the reservation confirmation from your travel agency and it stated 2 double rooms, so our reception gave you rooms according to the request. Hotel was fully booked on that day and rooms assigned according guest´s wishes, the twin room did not appeared "miraculously" but... More

Went to Prague in mid-March, booked at Astoria Hotel due to the glowing reviews below and glad I did! Contacted them beforehand and asked if they could arrange for a taxi to pick me up at the train station, which they happily obliged. Unfortunately for me, on the day of my arrival from Berlin, I got off a stop earlier!... More
