The photos and description gave us a high expectation of a 4 star suite in a converted mansion. Four stars? How generous! The hotel is well located but service is awful; no telephone, no wi-fi, no towels for bath!! Breakfast is strange: a mix of things you don’t usually eat at morning. If you are going to Prague, search another hotel!
