Spent the weekend at the ICON with my wife and we both had a great experience. The hotel is about 7-8 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station, a mere 4-5 minutes from the main promenade which leads to all the town's attractions, so, the location is very good, its on a fairly quiet backstreet and you feel safe walking... The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk from the main train station, 1 block off Wenscelas Square, and about 10-15 minutes away from the main sightseeing attractions. The stop for the #22 tram to the Castle wasn't too far away. The staff here are all nice, friendly (front desk, housekeeping, Jet Set bar/breakfast area), speak good English, and... More

Have stayed here many times on business. The hotel is a pleasant mix of boutique style, modern convenience and comfort. The staff are all very helpful, the breakfast is good and the lounge a good place to work / eat / hang out for a while, with a reasonable menu choice and good quality food. The rooms are all of... We stayed in the ICON hotel in october 2009. We were a party of 9, 2 families with teenagers. My family had connecting rooms, one with an extra rollaway. The hotel is small and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Service is very good and attentive. Rooms look lovely, beds are Hastingbeds, but don't expect the typically really thick Hastingsmatress. In... Really a great hotel. Location is very good, near Wenceslas square and other Old Town attractions. We could get to most of the attractions walking. Staff is extremelly nice. A very nice blonde attendant (unfortunatelly i didnt ask her name) received us, gave us a map and talked about all the main places to go and how to get to... More

Really very hard to say something that has not been said before. Staff very friendly and personable. Beds are excellent, firm but soft, down comforter and pillows. Does not get more snugly than that. The entrance may fool you but once inside is very different. The restaurant can be recommended. We had both lunch and dinner on several occasions. Always... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. What we liked : 1) Ipod connection in the room 2) bathtub in the bathroom 3) DVD player where you could borrow DVDs from their library for free 4) all-day breakfast so there was no need to wake up early and rush for breakfast. Buffet and ala- carte menu all-inclusive in the rate.... More

Stayed in the hotel for the second time this year - again a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious – the huge Hästens bed has an excellent sleeping comfort. For my first stay I had a room in the 3rd floor facing the backyard. Room was quiet – however some smoke from the lobby reached the room probably through the... More

Beautifull design hotel! Great location, right next to Venceslau Square and the Old City. We just walked around, no need to use de subway. We stayed in the Deluxe room and it was very spacious and quiet, very confortable bed and nice shower. Very nice and pleasant staff, good breakfast.
