“good hotel”

rooms are big enoug, quiet and with good internet connection. Restaurant is nothing special, in Olomuc there are much bette (and cheaper). Typical hotel for business travels, not for holiday. Level of english is not so hig, acceptable. Breakfast is good enoug, big parking

“A little disappointing compared to other Best Western hotels”

What's good: - spacious rooms - clean What's bad: - breakfast was not as good as you would expect - it was very difficult to find the place - the parking was dark and a little far from the hotel - didn't feel very safe.

“Great hotel in Olomouc with American standards and comfort”

What a great experience, we couldn’t ask for more. Very nice and extremely comfortable rooms, very clean and the staff goes above and beyond. We were given the requested king size bed which is almost impossible to find in Olomouc unless you want two beds pushed together. We did see a few other hotels and this one tops them all.... More

This is an excellent place, close to the highway exit. The staff is very friendly, the accommodation excellent. The location is close to major intersection connecting to Ostrava and Poland, as well as Slovakia in the east and Brno -and Vienna on the south. Noticed tennis courts in the vicinity. We stayed 2 nights in Pracharna with my 81-year old mom in September 2011. Since then my mom is remembering the stay there almost every day. It was like an oasis and we enjoyed every moment of it. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the highway, so it's ok if you are just passing through. But the value is just not there. Our room was spacious but there was no air-conditioning and it got hot. We were also right above the kitchen/dining room so the smell got in through the open window in the morning.... More
