“Excellent value”

Not exactly 5 star but an excellent value hotel if you happen to visit Ostrava . The staff are friendly And very helpfull. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The resteraunt serves excellent food ,extremely good value. The hotel needs renovating, its all a bit 80's, but if you want a good value hotel then you cant go wrong here.... More

“A little bit okd fashion hotel, at low price and it provides good service.”

Cheap good hotel. Food is really good in the restaurant. Room is clean and comfortable. Enteriour is a little bit old fashion sonething which was trendy in the end of 80's andin the beginning of 90's. Anyway it looks new and well maintained. “Excellent Museum of comunism !”

The hotel is of reasonable price and offers great prices for weekend. The web page says it is a reconstructed hotel.....well the windows and courtains might me new. Otherwise it is an excellent museum of comunism. We stayed 2 nights over the weekend and after check-in at 10pm we were not ready to complain about the quality of the room.... More

“Modern and clean hotel- a little boring and far”

On the outskirts of the city the Location dosnt allow for walking anywhere that is interesting (not an issue with car.) The place is clean and the staff courtious and informative in a multitude of languages. Breakfast is also alright

“Definitely not the Ritz”

Had a function at the CEZ arena which is the only reason to stay here. Rooms awful with lumpy beds, bad bathrooms, old everything. Breakfast is very dull. Even the juice is tasteless. You can order fresh from the bar but it costs extra. Restaurant has decent food in the evening. I hear they are remodeling. Not a day too... More

My reservation was for a no-smoking suite, unfortunately they gave me a room only first, afrer claim changed for a suite, but smoking and really full of smell. Broken mirror in the barhroom - not the best first inpresssion. Hotel is very closed to the CEZ arena stadium, but even a few tens of meters of snow on the connecting... More

“Good hotel but not in the centre”

Hotel is located in Zabreh area, about 3 km from the city centre, but it is quite easy accessible by trams or buses. The hotel looks modern from outside but rooms are not furnished in modern way. “Good clean hotel for a business trip to Ostrava.”

Staff is very friendly and speak English. If I am comfortable then should be clean for others. Not a fancy hotel and was skeptical with single bed but was good on the back. Not for a romantic get away. Shower heads could use an up grade.
