During a business trip had the opportunity in staying in this hotel. Worthwhile the experience in terms of relax and to enjoy the nice area where the hotel is located. Room, bathroom and bed all in good conditions. Had also a light dinner and both service and food quality was good. The hotel team is helpfull and professional.

I was there on weekend. I would reccomend this hotel. Prices vs. quality very good. Rooms nice and quite big. SPA perfect. Breakfest rather poor. Great area for walks and bikes trips. Quite faraway from the center, but when you are going to the SPA not looking for a lots of entertainment this hotel is very good choice.

Stayed here now already several times, and this hotel is really OK bothboth for business and holiday. Welness area - pool , bubblebath, sauna.... - is really nice. Previuosly 3 star hotel - now 4 but deserved it. Wellness is really good - decorated with taste, planned reasonably - free for hotel guests and available for a fee not guests either. The hotel room was outdated, damage to the walls, no air conditioning, small hard bed. Service was very friendly, buffet was average, bring your own washcloths, they don't provide them.

Outside of town, without GPS not easy to find. Nice setting with a green park in a quite area. However the only four star I saw where on the sky! Poor service at reception, no value for money at the restaurant. Did book a non smoking room but stinks of cigarettes. The only good things so far is the SPA.... More

BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! I've been in many hotels and Papuga is definitely the best I have ever experienced! Location interesting, near the center of Bielsko but completely surrounded by nature and tranquility. A special thanks to the reception which is always present, kind and available for everyone.
