No air conditioning, next to busy motorway so noisy, staff didn't speak much English and kitchen staff making noise late into the night. Worst of all though, despite agreeing a room rate in advance with the hotel, were told on arrival that this rate had substantially increased due to exchange rate changes and we could either accept the new rate... More
