Recently spent five nights here. Staff v friendly. Room big and warm. Restaurant and bar good. Not extensive menu but adequate. Reception helped us arrange trips to the major sites and provided info on walking routes andceven on other places to eat. Recommended. Will return next year as there is so much to see.

I really enjoyed this hotel: staff, room, breakfast were perfect. The room was big, clean and silent, internet connection wi-fi provided, the restaurant downstairs gives 10% discount to hotel guests. I advise this hotel.

Just returned from a great 3 days in Krakow, staying at the Hotel Ester. Great hotel, great area but there were just a couple of things that irritated me about it. Despite the excellent location, I would never stay here again. Ghastly 'FIDDLER' music played all day, tiny rooms, free- Wi-Fi but it rarely worked, puny breakfasts, surly staff apart from very nice Reception. The nearby Israeli restaurant at the other end of the square is very good.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our visit to Krakow. The location is superb and you can easily walk to everywhere around the central area of Krakow from the hotel. Perfectly positioned for the Jewish quarter, set in a lovely little square with six or seven good restaurants and few bars. stayed here in nov 2012 lovely qyaint hotel ina beautiful square approx 20 mins walk to kakow centre. Only stayed bed and breakfast but could not complain about anything,staff very polite and helpful,they managed to get us a taxi driver for the whole day to take us to auswitz and the salt mines at very reasonable cost.would stay here again...
