The hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance from the the Old Town, a very large shopping mall is cross the street from the hotel. Not bad prices either. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was spacious, and very clean.

Lovely old hotel. All the staff were very friendly especially the jolly guy on reception. Food was excellent (try the zander). Try to get a room at the back of the hotel as the trams can be quite noisy. (rooms are double glazed but no air con). Would stay again.

For convenience, service & charm, Europejski rates high. Crossing the street from the train station (it's that close) you enter another time-- it even smells of comfort. Breakfast is ample and waitstaff (mostly) multilingual. Concierge service is prompt. A good place to refresh & relax.

Old fashioned, but very grand. Comfortable and ideally situated convenient for the tram, bus, train, shops, excersions etc. Food ok, staff very friendly. Had a few days with my lady friends October 22-25th 2011. If you go to Krakow stay there..but get a quiet room at the back of the hotel
