This hotel reminded me recently that this was my 10th visit! Every time the stay has been excellent, the staff extremely attentive, and the rooms extremely comfortable and clean.

Is this really a 5 star? Not in my country... Beds are horrible, breakfast is ok but... 20 euros? I won't be back, for that price I expect a lot more...

The hotel was really great. 5 min walking from the Wawel castle and Rynek Glowny. The room was clean and the staff was very nice with us. The price is a little bit expensive for Krakow but at least you know that will be the quality of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was correct en there was sparkling wine :=)

Our overall experience was good. The location of this hotel is excellent, with a lovely park on the other side of the street. To walk to the city center takes five minutes and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel. We arranged for airport pick up with the hotel and the driver picked us up in a Mercedes.... More
