My wife and I have been visiting krakow now since 2006 and have stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel on eight different occasions. The hotel is ideally situated for getting to know Krakow being only a few minutes from Rynek Glowny square in the old town. The Radisson is excellent in every aspect being a modern comfortable building, beautifully decorated... More

If you want a full-service type of hotel with all the bells and whistles near to the centre of the action in Krakow this is the one for you. Straight across the street from the heart of the Old Town, but not hamstrung by being IN the Old Town, the Radisson Blu is just perfect. The room we had was... More

The hotel is located very close to the main square and Wawel Castle. Quite a walk from the Bus/train station, about 25 mins. Breakfast was one on the nicest we have had. Staff were very helpful in organizing a minibus to take the 5 of us to the airport for the return Journey. Rooms were of an average size, nice decor... More

Spent a couple of nights in this hotel in January 2010 on a conference and the hotel has an excellent location. Near to everything. The hotel has nice rooms, we had a doubbleroom which was nice. The beds were way to hard though, not pleasant at all. But we did manage to get some sleep before we changed hotels to... More

Hotel perfectly situated for visiting the historical center of Krakow and the Wawel Castle. Maybe a little away from the train station, but with tram 2 stops at the door. We use a taxi (3 euros). The hotel looks over 4 estrllas than 5. The reception staff was always friendly and even helped us by giving us a map of... More

This was our first visit to Poland and we opted for the Radisson because we have stayed in Radisson hotels in many cities and they are generally very high quality hotels. This hotel was competitively priced and the location was perfect; very close by to all the main attractions which was another reason why we opted to stay here. The... More

The thing I liked the most about this hotel was its walking proximity to the sites in downtown Krakow. The room decor is modern and updated and, overall, very comfortable. It is not a luxurious hotel and the service is good. I would stay here again.

This is my first trip to Poland and I am very pleasantly surprised how nice it is. The Radison Blu is excellent, large rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, and very close to the old centre of Krakow. Almost everyone in the city speaks excellent English.
