We where there for one night. Pretty good internet access. Rooms are quite spacious, clean. Just bad could be bit harder. My colleague had a dinner and was really happy with it. But the breakfast was garbage. It is really well positioned if you want to go to norh as it is on the exit from the city.

Nice hotel, staff very helpful, But the Hotel is way out of the centre of Krakow, you either need a taxi to get into the city centre of take a bus and train, there is nothing around the hotel at all, apart from building construction work, Would not recommend for a city break.
