We stayed here with friends on a four night break in Krakow. I agree with other comments that the reception staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean and adequate. The buffet breakfast was just sufficient to set you up for the day ahead

We had a wonderful weekend in may 13, the staff were really helpful and cheerful, location was spot on, rooms very nice, loved the heart ginger biscuits they left out in reception! Very welcome with a cup of tea in our room. Staff made all our travel and trip arrangements,very efficient! Highly reccomend it :)

The hallways on the floors and the room look dull. While it is all there, what you need, but this level one can obtain Poland cheaper. The restaurant is in the basement (no windows, no natural light). When I wanted to have drinks in the evening, there was no beer or white wine. This is not acceptable.
