We stayed four nights in May. We had booked the deluxe room, but were upgraded to a suite on arrival. The hotel is very pleasant, very quiet although right in the centre of the city. The staff all speak English and were extremely helpful, without being gushing. Breakfasts were excellent, with a vast range of choice each morning, including a... More

We had a great time. The staff was so nice. I remember wiolla was so super nice. The front desk very friendly always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely return. The decor is different and that's what I love about them.

This is a very nice boutique hotel, at a very good location. The rooms are well equipped and furnished. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond. The facility itself is also very nice - the ground floor where the restaurant and bar are located is beautiful. And overall the disposition of rooms resembling arena in the middle, with... More

Exellent service, nice staff, good location. Spa was gorgeous. Great location in the old town. Walking distance to nice restaurants in the area. Taxi from the airport about 50-60 sloty. Piano music in the first floor in the evenings. Shopping center nearby.

This place is quirky (at best) but most of all quite bonkers. The rooms are very strangely decorated (we had 313 which had a jacuzzi in the middle of the room) and very little natural light. In fact the hotel is very dark and dusty and quite frankly weird. The receptionist on duty was first class as was the barman... More

A friend whose wife is from Rzeszów said that there was nothing special about the city which suited me as I just wanted a quiet city break. From the airport a taxi cost me 55 zlotys, 80 zlotys on Sunday to return. I have never been checked into a hotel so quickly and efficiently as at the Grand. All the... More

Nice rooms good staff great food. Would recommend it. Nice location. I only booked 3 nights and stated for a fourth. The rooms have a balcony type front door. The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Great value. I stayed here in on business and it was great.

We stayed three nights in October in a second floor suite #103 overlooking the street and the near by church. Our best entrance was the coffee shop which opens at 8AM and closes at 8PM. The actual lobby is in the back where the parking is located so remmemebr when you book the front is the back and the back... More

We stayed for three nights in October. The hotel is OK but not I would say up to a Grand standard. We upgraded our room and although it was a large room it was very dark and really not a superior room by European standards. The communal areas were dirty and dusty and lacking lustre. breakfast was OK but we... More

We decided to fly to rzeszow to see what it was like with Ryanair from Bristol. I am a real trip advisor fan so looked up the hotels and decided to stay at the Grand. It did not disappoint. It is an amazing place. Excellent value for money and the food and the restaurant is simply divine. We had a... More
