Hotel room and bathroom especially are definitely 5++ star and we paid an amazing price considering BUT these silly little things let it down slightly and fall short of my 5/5 mark: - no basic tea/coffee making facilities in the room (or free bottled water) - only a typically expensive mini bar - no hotel phone / services directory (so... Hotel was recommended by Friends in Wroclaw and chosen for it's proximity to their apartment. From the outside, it is a grand and imposing edifice. The interior, by contrast is sparse and modern. There had been some issues at the start of my Journey which delayed my arrival by a couple of days. The hotel could not have been more... More

Clean hotel. Main, historical building, well renovated plus new on the back of old one. Very average breakfast, rooms clean, looks modern but not in my style, TV set difficult to watch from bed, bed too soft, whole bathroom in water when using shower. Very young, not well trained stuff. In the meeting room A/C not effective. 5 stars ??... More

Wroclaw was scheduled as the second destination during my latest full travel week. A meeting to go in the city. Flights are quickly booked, inbound on LOT from Warsaw. But what a shock when I saw the hotel fares. The european football championship takes also place in Wroclaw and started some days thereafter. Not really in my mind when I´ve... More

I spent there 3 nights with my girlfriend. The palace is former German aristocratic family villa and is beautifully renovated with sculptures, celiling paintings etc. At first glance it seems located quite far (6km from city center) but it is ok when travelling by car. Beautiful terrace for coffee or breakfast and great park. Also small spa is a good... More

This is one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Clean spacious room, friendly staff, wonderfull ambiance. We planned to stay one night, me and my wife liked this place so much we had to spend a second night. The "Spa" (jacuzzi, sauna and steam-bath) is really nice. We had dinner and breakfast here. Both really good. Dinner for Polish... More

Beautifully refurbished hotel. Very stylish, good service, excellent food in the restaurant. Outstanding showers, impressive. Downside, very quiet as almost no guests were there. Free internet shows they meet basic clients demands. Perfect for business travels as it is rather easy access by car. Staff may have to improve themselves little in terms of attitude on service. Mandatory parking charge... More
