My wife and I stayed here for three nights at Easter 2013. Getting in touch with someone who spoke English before we arrived proved tricky, but once there the staff the very helpful. We had a slight problem having attempted to book a double room and being allocated a twin, but the staff were a model of helpfulness in resolving... More

What a perfect location to enjoy the sights of Warsaw's Old Town. This hotel is quaint, the staff is very helpful, the continental breakfast is sufficient, and the view from the rooms is perfect. Yes, the elevator is very slow, and the beds are a little hard (I prefer a firm mattress anyway) but you can't beat this little hotel... More

1. great location for touring central Warsaw 2. Fantastic views from bedroom of the Old Town 3. Comfy room although the door to the shower room was like a glass shower screen so not much privacy if on the loo! 4. Basic breakfast though having hot and cold water available meant I could have an early cup of tea. 5.... More

Stayed here for one night during Euro 2012. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the old town and next to some beautiful sights and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself inside is a bit grubby and shabby I thought. It has the slowest lift I have ever used. Takes a few minutes to travel... More

This was a delightful place to stay. The rooms are on the top floor giving an amazing view out onto the street with the statue in the foreground and football stadium in the distance. The rooms were clean and a good size. The shower was small but worked fine. The hairdryer is an attached dryer to the wall so I... More

Arguably the best location in whole of Warsaw. It is located ul Krakowskie Przedmiescie opposite the Royal Palace. The old Wasa king Sygismund III stands outside on top of his column looking into your bedroom. The Hotel has only limited capacity and the worlds slowest lift where you need to press a button all the way up in order to... More
