Stayed here for a weekend for a stag do, location and price were spot on, facilities ideal for our party and no safety issues. Maybe air con would have been handy, or some fans.

2 bathrooms for 50 beds over 5 rooms (from which 4 are interconnected so two are corridors basically...) extra charges for everything and not many travellers around... there are much better hostels in Budapest!

I stayed in this hostel twice, both times being satisfied. The location is great, everything is on walking distance. Staff is normally quite friendly and eager to help you plan your further itinerary. I guess I was lucky that not many people stayed here, although both times I stayed during the high season.
