Very nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds. I paid EUR 85 for a night in a Penthouse Superior Room. Fresh bathroom/shower. Mini-bar. Super-breakfast - all I missed was boiled eggs. Nice personnel.

Some sites rate this as a 5 star, others a 4 star. I would say it would be lucky to be a 3 star. Upon arrival into our small double room (the bed was wedged against the wall so only accessible from one side) I discovered the toilet seat was cracked (they did come and change it) the bath towel... The hotel was just fine. But the waiters on the roof terasse were so rude. (Maybe we are asian??) They didnt give us the blanket even other people have one. And they were laughing around us when i ask them somthing. So we complained to the manager then went 1st floor reastaurant. The woman in 1st floor was so nice.... More

After a terrible experience at Casati Budapest Hotel, I moved to this hotel for the balance of my stay. It was fine - a busy hotel that seems to cater more for travelling business people than tourists, so the rooms are spartan, but its in a great location for exploring Budapest and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. The... More

The location is nice, 5 minutes walk to the Parliament and about 10 till the Danube. I stayed in a single room for a reasonable price. But I have to say that it was below what I expected. The room was small enough to fit the bed, 2 nightstands and a desk. And as far I saw, my colleagues’ rooms... More

A very good location. I stayed in a single room which was very very small, but I guess it's normal with single rooms. Great breakfast. The staff at the reception was nice, helping us resolve an issues with our car. I didn't like the fact that we arrived early, around 10 am and they charged us extra to give us... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a quick weekend getaway. We liked the photos of the pool, fitness facilities, and rooftop restaurant. We liked the location and we saw that there was a deep discount on the room. We were disappointed to learn that there is an 11 Euro surcharge per person per day to use the... More

I liked the location very much; downtown but not really the touristic site. Close to the National Bank and next to a lovely market hall. The staff is friendly. My only concern was the room; single room; it was so hot inside and I couldn't adjust the heating. There was one window on the ceiling which I couldn't open (it... More

We visited Budapest on a five night stay for New Years 2011/12 as a couple. On arrival at the hotel we were met with a pleasing five star decor and ambiance, a small but delightful room tastefully decorated. For us the hospitality was grand, characterised by a non intrusive professional staff who were happy to let us get on with... More
