Great location with Metro station and tram stop being 5 minutes walk away. Kate provided a fantastic spread for breakfast (recommended). Kate guesthouse is close to the city centre with a very good location in pest. Kate was very nice and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The guesthouse was clean and I felt welcome with free tea and coffee. I would also reccommend the buffet breakfast.
