This is a PS to my previously posted review. Returning to the hotel a month after my review I had room #602. This is the room with the sloping roof which makes it difficult to access the far side of the bed. This is not a great problem but what is a problem is that the walls between the room... More

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel in April 2012. The room and bathroom was very clean and quite spacious, the furniture was of good quality, though not much draw space but that wasn't really a problem. I really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice of cooked and continental food, all in plentiful supply, also... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel - it is spotless and very well located to explore the lovely city of Budapest. Breakfast is varied - nice coffee machine and pastries. The reception staff are very helpful and pleasant. Bedroom spacious and nicely decorated. Mini bar stocked and not too expensive. Would recommend a visit to Szechenyi baths (reception booked this... Spent four nights in this comfortable centrally placed hotel. We were visiting American friends who had bity and great funeen spending two months in Budapest. They had checked out the hotel before we arrived and described its location as funky. Although at first glance it was not the smartest area it was in fact absolutely fine and a short walk... More

Nice standard and decent quite location within walning distance to downtown Budapest. Close to public transport to take you all over the city. During March it was good value.

- very friendly service - cosy, spacious, clean room - good location in the city center (although from some sides the neighbourhood is not so nice), but close to metro stations - snacks and some beverages available whole day - it was very pleasant - nice interior

We were moved here from our original hotel. Glad we did. Warm welcome, clean room and good choice of breakfast menu. Ideal spot to get around Budapest. 10 min walk to the danube, 5 min walk to opera metro station.

Staff: without exception, the staff were friendly and helpful. For example, a packet of maps and activities was ready for me on arrival. Location: the hotel is centrally located close to the Opera and an easy five minute walk from the Deak Ferenc Ter Metro. Also, the trolley-bus from Keleti Station passes close by the hotel. There is a good... More
