We have taken a last minute offer on internet and have paid really nothing for a wonderful hotel which is very clean, nice and comfortable.
The location is super good as it is in front of the metro stop Astoria but you can also reach the town with a 5 minute walk.
Would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location, and the price was unbeatable, at around US $100 per night. The only complaint I have is that the odor of cigarettes permeated my room, via the ventilation system. It was a shame that this colored my experience at this otherwise elegant property.
