Excellent service with the clean room. The location is close to Metro around 3 mins walk so it’s very convenient. The Manager, Jack, is very supportive. I remained my important doc at hostel; after contacting with Jack, he delivered it to Vienna for me immediately. Enjoy fantastic experience at Friends Hostel!!!

However, the group I was staying with aggravated the guy who was there (we were apparently 'too loud'), and the response was him calling us 'retards' and being incredibly rude instead of diplomatically sorting the problem.
