Stayed here several months ago on a working trip to Bratislava. Arrived late, but staff in the restaurant more than happy to provide something from the a la carte menu. Very bad experience. I arrived with my fiancee. I had a confirmed phone reservation 3 days ago. After my arrival I was told that the hotel is full. No alternative solutions. I spent another 3 hours looking for a hotel in the center of Bratislava. I found Danube Gate, good value for money and very helpful service at reception...
