Very welcoming and understanding staff who had a lovely sense of humour. Very reasonable bar prices. A good atmosphere.. Rooms clean and of a good standard. Only 10 minutes walk from the old town. I would definitely recommend the hotel for English speaking travellers.

Great Hotel, nice to see free internet / wifi available in the room as well as bottled water. The restaurant provided excellent food, 3 course meal + beers was €18.. As per other comments the front desk provided a very efficient service. I will visit again the next time in Bratislava.

Stayed here for 3 nights from 12-15th February and it was perfect from start to finish. This hotel looked a real bargain when booking, and if you are looking for a business style hotel it probably does reflect that value. However, the hotel is a good walk from the city centre and the service provided by the staff is ponderous, slow and dissatisfactory. The rooms themselves are big and clean enough, but lack a real spark.
