The Crowne Plaza was once the Forum hotel which was built during communist era. The rooms are small, dark and not well decorated. The lobby and hotel restaurants have this vacant, unused feeling to them. There is a casino attached to the hotel which seems to be empty most of the time.

The hotel now has a quite zone. This is really great, make sure that you ask for a room in this zone. It is really quite in the room and housekeeping does not start working in these zones until 10am. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great!
