My impression of Sarunas is that it is intended more for business people. We received a complementary upgrade to a suite, and "Room" 200 is massive (it used to be two separate rooms). Rooms are very clean and the hotel is in a fairly good location. You should have no problems walking at night. I would recommend for a solo traveler, but if you are looking for a romantic getaway you might consider some guesthouses are staying in the central. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too.
