Average size and comfort of rooms but overheated as all the hotel during my stay. Lack of air during nights when open windows would be cold, even worse in the conference rooms. Excellent pool area, inside and outside. The spa opportunities are good, the room is comfortable. The food is very good. The staff is polite and professional. Tapolca is very nice, it woth to ewalk alot, and lake Balaton is twenty minutes by car. I would return definitely

The hotel is not a lake side facility altough it's not far from Balaton. The hotel has average rooms, with great outside pools. The food is average, the waiters in the bar are rude.Despite the ****+ category I'd say it's a strong *** hotel

Perfect location. Nice pool area. Good food. Needs more attention for cleaning. Staff is very helpful, but reception is slow and be aware of this unpolite, rude and irritating one: Barbara. All other members of the hotel are very kind.

We spent there 2 nights but beyond the room size and high prices nothing reminded us for a 4 star hotel. There is only 2 outside swimming pools which could be enough if the occupancy is around 50%. There are simply not enough deck chairs not to mention parasols. The number of available parasols is only 1/3 of the deck... More

A 4 star hotel in a small Hungarian town 20 km north from the Lake Balaton. Good cuisine, good wellness, pools, saunas, squash, tennis, etc. Cleanness, very polite service. It is one of the inexpensive hotels in the region, it's worth the price - but the beverages are a little expensive.
