I agree with JacquiWales, The hotel is handy for Ilha Tevira (2km toward the coast) and a short walk from the town centre. Snack bars and the new municipal market are close by. Good for exploring and walking distance to most places locally. Wine from nearby supermarket good. No water provided with meals so had to buy. Indoor Pool good when chilly outside. Nice view of outdor pool from balcony but some only of road.

This hotel has a fab location for Tavira. 5 minutes walk to the river and 15 minutes walk to the ferry to the beach. The staff are friendly and eager to please.
